Structural Appraisal which includes review of existing drawings, if any; site condition surveys; site investigation and testing using up-to-date in-situ testing and investigation equipment; structural analysis and structure modelling; preparation of structural appraisal reports inclusive of specification, method statement, shop drawings, quantities take-off, etc.
2. Design and execution work for support of foundations of existing or new structures using the minipiling technique.
3. Pressure grouting for new or existing structures to improve subsurface foundation strata.
4. Design and execution works for structural upgrading and rehabilitation using various techniques such as section enlargement, use of steel, and use of Fiber Reinforced Polymers (GFRP and CFRP) for all structural members such as columns, beams, slabs, etc.
5. Concrete repair for various types of concrete damage using techniques such as shotcrete, casting, etc.
6. Structural monitoring.
