The Al-Tayseer Aluminum Factory is located at the Second Industrial
city of Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Extension project
requires construction of new foundation for the Aluminum Extrusion
Machine. Al-Tayseer Aluminum Factory appointed Youssef Maroon
Contracting Est. for the construction of the Extension Part. Youssef
Maroon Contracting Est. appointed Bullivant Arabia Ltd. as a
Sub-Contractor to design and construct the mini piles for the
foundation of Aluminum Extrusion Machine.
The scope of work included the detailed design of the minipiling
support system using Finite Element Analysis of the machine
foundation after a pile test has been performed and construction of
10 inch diameter piles 44 No’s, as per the approved design.
